Things people often ask

How do I know which service is right for my watch?
The best starting point is a brief conversation. Tell us about the watch — its age, how long since its last service, and any symptoms you've noticed. We'll suggest the most fitting option without pressuring you toward a more involved service than your timepiece actually needs.
Do you service all watch brands?
We work across a wide range of Swiss and Japanese movements, covering most major and independent brands. If you have an uncommon reference, please get in touch first — we'll let you know honestly whether it falls within our current scope.
What happens to the original parts that are replaced?
All removed components are catalogued and returned to you. We understand that original parts — even worn ones — carry meaning for many owners, and we believe that decision belongs entirely to you.
How long will the service take?
Quartz Care takes two to three working days. Mechanical Restoration requires eight to twelve working days. For Legacy Preservation, the timeline ranges from five to twelve weeks depending on the nature and complexity of the work — we'll discuss an estimate during the initial consultation.
Is my watch insured while it's with you?
All watches in our care are kept in a secure workshop environment. We handle every piece with the same consideration we'd give our own, and we'll address any concerns about security or handling before you leave your watch with us.
Do you provide a service report or documentation?
Yes. A written service report accompanies every completed job. For Legacy Preservation, this includes a photographic record of the watch throughout the process — before, during, and after.
Can I drop my watch off without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during workshop hours. That said, for Legacy Preservation consultations, booking a time in advance helps us give your visit the attention it calls for — please call or write ahead if possible.
