How we work

Our approach to every service

Every watch that comes through our door goes through the same intake process — condition photography, a careful visual examination, and a written summary of what we find. Only then do we suggest a course of action. The scope of work is agreed before anything begins, and the timeline given reflects what the job actually requires.

1

Intake & Assessment

We photograph the watch and examine it systematically. Condition, movement behaviour, and wear patterns are all noted.

2

Estimate & Agreement

We share our findings and a clear written estimate. Work begins only when you've confirmed you're comfortable to proceed.

3

Service & Return

The work is completed, tested, and documented. The watch is returned with a written service report and all original parts.
